Minister for Environment and Food visits Japan

Tomorrow the Danish Minister for Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen travels to Japan to promote green solutions and Danish food.

The Danish Minister for Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen is in Japan from Saturday the 4th of March through Tuesday the 7th of March. He travels as a part of a larger export promotion alongside the Confederation of Danish Industry and Danish Agriculture and Food Council. 

- Denmark and Japan have different cultures, but the Olympics in three years is a great opportunity for Danish technology companies to cooperate with the Japanese authorities and provide concrete green solutions for the big event, said Minister for Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen.

Among other things the Minister will visit the Danish companies at FOODEX 2017 and participate in a round table discussion on renewable energy and food waste with Tokyo's Governor Koike.
