Danish Minister aims to strengthen relationship with Korea

Today the Danish Minister for Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen travels to Korea to promote Danish food safety.

The Danish Minister for Environment and Food Esben Lunde Larsen travels to Korea today. During the visit, he will meet the Korean Minister of Environment Cho KyeungKy and a Korean food manufacturer.

- I look forward to visiting Korea and strengthen the Danish relationship to Korea. Korea and Denmark are both frontrunners within green growth, and has an important role in the development of a greener and more sustainable global economy. Therefore, I look forward to developing the relationship with Korea even more, says Danish Minister Esben Lunde Larsen.

The Minister is in Korea from Wednesday the 8th of March through Friday the 10th of March as part of a larger export promotion alongside the Confederation of Danish Industry and Danish Agriculture and Food Council.

14.00-14.30: Opening of the roundtable on food safety and animal health.

16:00-16:45: Speech at KAIST business school concerning circular economy
